Take Me to the Invitation

Welcome to The Path of Mantra

February 9 - March 9 2026 | Mondays 6:30pm
Wollongong, Australia | In-person & Online

A five-week immersion into sacred sound, Sanskrit, and mantra.
In this course, you’ll discover the transformative power of sacred sound as you learn to chant Sanskrit mantras with precision, presence, and feeling. You’ll be introduced to the foundations of Sanskrit sound — understanding syllables, vibration, and meaning — so that your chanting is informed, embodied, and alive.

Through careful attention to tonal quality, enunciation, rhythm, breath, and timing, mantra becomes more than repetition; it becomes a resonant field that works on the subtle body, nervous system, and consciousness itself.

This course is suitable whether you are:

  • New to mantra and longing for a clear, embodied foundation that builds confidence in your practice

  • Already chanting, and wishing to refine your chanting, deepen your understanding, and strengthen your personal mantra sādhana.

Is this the space for me?

This is for you if:

  • You feel drawn to mantra and sacred sound and want to understand how and why they work, not just repeat the words

  • You’re seeking a steady personal practice that supports devotion, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity

  • You want to chant with more confidence — and refine your chanting and Sanskrit pronunciation

  • You’re longing for a practice that weaves sound, study, and embodiment into everyday life, not just the mat

Jazmine, also known as Chandra, is an Indigenous Wiradjuri woman, yoga and meditation teacher, and mystic devoted to sacred living. Her work is rooted in a deep reverence for the body, the Earth, and the unseen threads that connect us to all of life. Walking the path of yogic embodiment, Jazmine weaves together mantra, meditation, Tantric philosophy, and ritual in ways that are deeply anchored, heart-led, and transformational. Her offerings are both devotional and down-to-earth, inviting others into intimate relationship with their inner world, their ancestors, and the sacred in all things.

Guided by a living connection to yogic and Tantric wisdom lineages, she holds space with gentleness and grace, supporting students to return home to themselves, the body as a vessel of alchemy, to the heart as temple, and to life as teacher.  She sees herself as a pollinator of people, creating spaces where community, remembrance, and inner awakening unfold naturally. Her work is for those longing for depth, ritual, and a practice that lives not just on the mat, but in the heart of daily life.. and who are ready to meet the mystery within.

Chanting is a significant and mysterious practice. It is the highest nectar, a tonic that fully nourishes our inner being. Chanting opens the heart and makes love flow within us. It releases such intoxicating inner bliss and enthusiastic splendor, that simply through the nectar it generates, we can enter the abode of the Self.
