An evening of rest, reflection and sound to honour the slow return of light.
14th August 6pm - 8pm | $65
Join Jazmine and Ruth for a two-hour immersion honouring the subtle turning between winter and spring - A threshold where the darkness begins to soften and the light slowly returns.
Through yin yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and self-inquiry, we will gather in the space between seasons: the threshold where the old is composted and the new begins to take root. This is a space to exhale, replenish and meet yourself in the tenderness of transition. To honour all that winter has held, while gently turning towards the possibility of renewal.
Winter teaches us that not all growth is visible. Beneath the surface, the earth has been resting, restoring and gathering strength. In the same way, parts of us may have been quietly changing - perhaps you have been releasing what has completed, integrating what has been lived and preparing for something new.
As the days gradually lengthen, nature does not rush into bloom. The first signs of spring emerge gently in their own time. This evening invites us to honour that same rhythm within ourselves: to recognise what is ready to be composted, what is beginning to take root and what may need a little more warmth, patience and care.
Rather than pushing towards brightness, we will tend the light that is already present – the quiet inner fire of vitality, hope, clarity and becoming.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in the space between seasons, where the old softens, the unseen begins to stir, and new life slowly gathers the courage to emerge.
