Refuge & Restore

Free morning meditations as a sacred pause and resource - a chance to drop beneath the surface noise into the deep waters of presence. Each Friday morning, we’ll explore timeless Tantric practices, somatic embodiment, or mantra to set the tone for your day, gather up all the parts of ourselves that have not gotten to integrate and move through and return to the deep, unshakable calm that already exists within you..as you.

Temple of Nada

In this space, we explore the path of nāda, the inner vibration that underlies all life. By integrating sacred sound, mantra chanting, and somatic awareness practices, we softly awaken the body’s innate resonance and discover how sound moves through us, bringing a deeper sense of connection and presence.

Together we will explore practices such as vocal toning, sargam (the sacred syllables of Indian classical music), mantra meditation, shared silence and contemplation. These practices help to soften the mind's chatter, nourish the nervous system, and invite us into a deeper listening — both within ourselves and with one another.

Temple of Nāda is not about performing or sounding a certain way. It is about remembering the voice as a sacred instrument, a bridge between breath, body, awareness and expression.

Rest Club

Rest Club

A soft-landing place for chronically under-rested bodies and tender hearts.

Rest Club is a nurturing, intimate gathering where we intentionally slow down together—a soothing balm for busy people, overwhelmed nervous systems and overactive minds. Here, we gently explore our beliefs about rest, productivity, and what it means to give ourselves permission to simply be.

Through practices such as Yoga Nidra, gentle Yin and Restorative yoga, mantra, somatics, breath, journaling, and sound healing, we return to our soft creature body and heart as an altar — a place to integrate the noise, movement, and demands of daily life.

Location: Woonona Shala
